Our Manufacturing Process

01 · Design & pattern

Each garment begins with traditional silhouettes adapted into graded patterns for consistent, accurate sizing.

We source fabrics such as cotton-silk, georgette, velvet and jacquard, checking colour, weight and hand-feel before cutting.

Thread, zari and beadwork are applied by machine and finished by hand, with motifs inspected for tension and alignment.

Seams are reinforced, bodices lined where needed, and hems pressed for a clean drape.

Every piece is checked for measurements, loose threads, colour consistency and embellishment security before packing.

We produce custom colours, sizes and quantities for groups and businesses.
